What funding are you entitled to?
Most families qualify for some level of government childcare support. Here is what is currently available in England.

30 hours free childcare
Eligible working families - from 9 months to school age
Up to 1,140 hours per year. Available from the term after your child turns 9 months old. Both parents must earn the equivalent of 16 hours per week at National Minimum Wage, and neither can earn over £100,000.
2-year funding
Eligible 2-year-olds
15 hours free for 2-year-olds whose families receive certain benefits, have a child with an EHCP or SEND, are looked after by the council, or qualify on other criteria.

Government funding can make a real difference to your childcare costs. We also offer limited bursaries for eligible families.
Funding, fees and optional charges⌄
Daily rates
- Streatham and Croydon: £95 per day
- Wimbledon, Wimbledon Broadway, Clapham and Barons Court: £115 per day
Funded fees are based on 38 term-time weeks per year (1,140 hours for 30 hours; 570 hours for 15 hours). Hours beyond the funded allocation are charged at £9/hour (Streatham and Croydon) or £10.09/hour (Wimbledon Alexandra and Clapham Common), or £11.10 (Wimbledon Broadway and Barons Court).
Half-day sessions
We offer half-day sessions on a limited basis, depending on availability, to help fit around a family's schedule. Please contact your nursery directly to check what's currently available.
Meals charge
Meals are an optional charge added to your monthly invoice unless you opt out by emailing your nursery.
- Term-time funded places: £20 per month per day of attendance (e.g. 3 days = £60/month)
- This is discounted to £95 per month for 5 days a week
- All year round, 30 hours funded: £44 per month
- All year round, 15 hours funded: £22 per month
Nappies charge
Nappies are an optional charge added to your monthly invoice unless you opt out by emailing your nursery.
- Per day of attendance: £2 per month per day (e.g. 3 days = £6/month)
- All year round, 30 hours funded: £4 per month
- All year round, 15 hours funded: £2 per month
Extra curricular activities are provided on a weekly basis (eg. Drama, PE, Yoga, etc.)
- £35 per month, if your child participates. Optional -- opt out by emailing your nursery.
Excursions take place on a monthly basis (eg. Forest School, Natural Thinkers etc.)
- £7 per month, if your child participates. Optional -- opt out by emailing your nursery.
5-day discount
Families booking 5 days per week without funding receive a £100 per month discount (£1,200 per year).
Opting out of optional charges
To opt out of meals, nappies, or drama charges, email your nursery directly. Optional charges are added automatically unless we hear from you.

How it all works

How we support you with funding
All you need is your funding eligibility code and National Insurance number, we take care of everything else, and apply the reduction to your invoice. We remind you each term when your code needs renewing and flag any issues before they affect your billing. If you are unsure whether you qualify for 30 hours, our friendly team can walk you through the eligibility check at any time. For families starting mid-term, we allocate funding from your start date, so you only pay for what you use.

How fees are invoiced
Fees are billed monthly in advance, collected by Direct Debit, including tax free childcare accounts. Spreading fees across 12 equal payments means your cost stays consistent regardless of how many days fall in a given month. You will receive your invoice well in advance of each month. Any ad hoc sessions added during the month appear on the next invoice. Four weeks written notice is required to change your regular sessions.

Once you have visited and decided to go ahead, we send a place confirmation and fee agreement within 48 hours. Receipt of the registration fee secures your child's place at our nursery.
