  • Choosing the right nursery is one of the biggest decisions you make as a parent, and I couldn't be happier with ours. The nursery staff  have made us feel welcomed, supported, and completely at home. The warmth, kindness, and genuine care shown by every member of staff have made such a positive difference to both me and my child. The staff have always treated us with genuine kindness, respect, and compassion. It's clear they truly love what they do, and they've taken the time to build such a wonderful relationship with my child. They know my child's personality, celebrate their milestones, and always make them feel safe, happy, and valued. As a parent, there's nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is loved and cared for every single day.

  • As our son gets ready to start Reception this September, we wanted to take a moment to share our appreciation for Blooming Years in Croydon. Over the past two years, the nursery has played such an important role in his early development, and we are incredibly grateful for the care, support, and encouragement he has received from the team. When he first started, he found it difficult to settle in and would often cry at drop-off. The staff were incredibly patient, caring, and reassuring, helping him feel safe and comfortable. Before long, he was happily going into nursery each day with a smile on his face. He comes home full of stories about his day, especially the outdoor activities, and we have seen a huge boost in his confidence, independence, and social skills since joining. The team have always kept us informed and involved, giving us great reassurance as parents.

  • We have nothing but great things to say about Blooming Years and the team that Jeanne has put together. We feel our child gets a lot of genuine love and support. We appreciate that there is a strong team that’s stayed together over the last few years that has been such a stable and massively positive influence on our child and - by extension - our whole family. They have been very patient and have deeply supported our child and through major socialisation changes like toilet training. The children get along well and have formed genuine long term friendships which we attribute to the positive environment at the nursery. Well done, Blooming Years!

Why families choose us

Three things that make the difference every day

Every nursery promises to care for your child. Here's what parents tell us actually sets Blooming Years apart.

  1. 01

We Empower Children Raising thinkers, not followers

At Blooming Years, we don't teach children what to think - we teach them how to think. Every room, every activity, every interaction is purposefully designed to build confidence and independence, so children learn to work things out at their own pace and carry that self-belief with them long after they leave us.

  2. 02

We Partner With Parents Because you're the most important person in their story.

We know we're only part of your child's life for a short time - and we never forget that you're their primary caregiver. Whether it's potty training, worrying about a sniffle, or wondering if their development is on track, we've been here before and we're genuinely here to help. Think of us as your guide, your sounding board, and your biggest supporter through those early years.

  3. 03

Professionals at Play Happy children become exceptional adults.

Play isn't a break from learning - it is the learning. We believe that a child who discovers what they love, and gets to do it joyfully, is already ahead. Our job is to create the conditions for children to be their very best, most happy selves - because that foundation lasts a lifetime.

Our calm start programme gives every child a structured, gentle transition into nursery life.
