Why families choose us

Three things that make the difference every day

Every nursery promises to care for your child. Here's what parents tell us actually sets Blooming Years apart.

  1. 01

We Empower ChildrenRaising thinkers, not followers

At Blooming Years, we don't teach children what to think - we teach them how to think. Every room, every activity, every interaction is purposefully designed to build confidence and independence, so children learn to work things out at their own pace and carry that self-belief with them long after they leave us.

  2. 02

We Partner With ParentsBecause you're the most important person in their story.

We know we're only part of your child's life for a short time - and we never forget that you're their primary caregiver. Whether it's potty training, worrying about a sniffle, or wondering if their development is on track, we've been here before and we're genuinely here to help. Think of us as your guide, your sounding board, and your biggest supporter through those early years.

  3. 03

Professionals at PlayHappy children become exceptional adults.

Play isn't a break from learning - it is the learning. We believe that a child who discovers what they love, and gets to do it joyfully, is already ahead. Our job is to create the conditions for children to be their very best, most happy selves - because that foundation lasts a lifetime.

Our calm start programme gives every child a structured, gentle transition into nursery life.

What London families say

The families already with us can tell you more than we ever could.

  • My daughter attended Blooming Years for 3 years and I will be forever thankful for the amazing teachers for fostering a nurturing environment. This has provided her with brilliant foundations, enabling her confidence, curiosity and resilience to flourish. Thank you for loving her so much!

  • I initially chose this nursery with my first born based on the feeling I got when visiting. It felt like family and like the teachers/ practitioners really truly cared for and loved the children and that’s all I really wanted for my then 7 month old. My gut feeling was right! We’ve now been with them for 2 years and my son absolutely loves it . I’m always amazed at how much he is learning and how he loves to go to school in the mornings. As a full time working mom I wanted to know the my child was receiving the same love and attention I would give him as the main priority. The convenient location doesn’t hurt either if you are a working parent that needs to take the tube - it allows me to fetch my child quicker after work and all those minutes add up! Highly recommend!

  • Blooming years is an absolute gem of a find. Our daughter has been going there since she was 9 months old (now 2) and it has been everything we could have hoped for in a nursery. It feels like an extension of our family, where her individual needs and personality are understood and encouraged. There’s no “one size fits all” approach - they really get to know every child and base their approach and suggestions on that. From the initial settling in sessions to the process for moving rooms, everything is so well thought out and focussed on the individual child. I can’t recommend the nursery highly enough - everyone and everything is just fantastic. She absolutely loves it there and so do we!
