In practical terms, being Ofsted registered means we meet the required standards for safeguarding, staff qualifications, the learning environment and the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. We run our nurseries to the same consistent standards regardless of where we are in the inspection cycle, because that is simply how we believe childcare should be done.
When you visit, you will have the chance to look around the rooms your child would use, meet some of the team and ask whatever questions are on your mind. There is no fixed script; we want it to feel like a genuine conversation rather than a tour. Once a place is confirmed, we use a gradual settling-in process where your child spends short, increasing periods with us before their official start date, always at a pace that suits them. We will keep you closely informed throughout and your child's key person will be introduced from the very beginning.
