Yes, we accept both the 15 and 30 hours government funded childcare entitlements. The universal 15 hours is available for all three and four year olds, while the 30 hours is for working families who meet the earnings criteria set by the government. We are awaiting our first inspection and are confident it will match or beat the Good ratings we hold across our other nurseries, which gives you a practical sense of the standard you can expect. In the meantime, you are welcome to visit, ask questions and meet the team so you can make your own informed judgement.
When you come for a visit, we will show you around the nursery, introduce you to the staff your child would be working with and give you the time to ask whatever is on your mind. There is no pressure and no set script; we find it works better when parents just see things as they really are. If you decide to go ahead, we use a gradual settling-in process where your child spends short, supported sessions with us before their full start date, building up at a pace that suits them and you.
