7-10 Broadway Court, SW19 1RG

A nursery right on Wimbledon Broadway

If you work in the City or commute into Waterloo, you will know how much the morning routine matters. Blooming Years is based at Broadway Court, steps from the station, which means drop-off fits around your day rather than fighting against it. Come in for a look around and see whether it feels right for your family.

Why families choose us

Our approach

What parents tend to notice first, when they visit, is that the rooms feel purposeful without feeling rigid. We do not sit children down and tell them what to think. Every space, every activity and every interaction is designed to help children work things out for themselves, build their own confidence and carry that self-belief forward. That philosophy shapes everything here, from how staff respond in a difficult moment to how resources are laid out and rotated to keep curiosity alive.

In practice

The practical side matters just as much, and we take it seriously. Every child starts gradually, with sessions that build up at their own pace and parents present at the beginning. We talk to you every day during settling, and we hold termly one-to-ones so nothing important gets left unsaid. We accept both 15 and 30 hours funded childcare, and we are Ofsted registered and look forward to welcoming our first inspection, which we are confident will match or beat the Good ratings across our other nurseries.

For families in Wimbledon Broadway

Families from Wimbledon Broadway tend to be time-pressed in a particular way. The mornings here move fast, especially around the station and along the Broadway itself. Knowing that your child's nursery is genuinely on your route, rather than a detour, takes one real pressure off. We see a lot of parents who are balancing demanding jobs with wanting to feel properly connected to what is happening with their child each day, and that balance is something we think about from our side too.

What London families say

The families already with us can tell you more than we ever could.

  • My daughter attended Blooming Years for 3 years and I will be forever thankful for the amazing teachers for fostering a nurturing environment. This has provided her with brilliant foundations, enabling her confidence, curiosity and resilience to flourish. Thank you for loving her so much!

  • My son went from 1-4 yrs old. He loved it. The staff were patient and kind, offered such a variety of activities, helped him grow in confidence and independence and supported me when I had questions on a few things. He joined reception this year well prepared and ready for his next chapter. Thank you team.

  • Excellent nursery! We are so happy about it. I was so scared about the idea of not finding a good place for my little one. Then I have tried Blooming Years and my baby loves it. The teachers are qualified and they take care of every emotional aspect of the babies. I have visited a lot of nurseries but I never had the same warm feeling.
